Returns Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from The Tackle Temple within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in original condition
  • Items are returned in their original packaging with all tags and components intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

As a specialist fishing tackle retailer offering a wide range of products including rods, reels, accessories, clothing, and equipment , we ask that all returned items are in a resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Live bait (strictly non-refundable)
  • Perishable bait products where freshness is essential
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

This policy ensures quality and hygiene standards are maintained for all customers.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our team first to authorise your return. Once approved:

  1. Securely package your item to prevent damage
  2. Include your order details inside the parcel
  3. Send the item to the address provided by our team

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method
