Spinney Lake, at around 1.5 acres, is stocked with mirror carp, common carp and tench. Most of the carp range from around 2lb to 8lb, although fish up to 16lb have been caught, providing steady sport for anglers fishing float, feeder or pole tactics.

The larger Spring Lake, covering approximately 3 acres, is the venue’s specimen carp water. The lake features an island and well-reeded margins that provide excellent natural cover for the fish. Carp in this lake regularly reach 28–30lb, with a strong number of double-figure fish present, along with some large perch exceeding 2–3lb.

Pine Lake, also around 3 acres, offers mixed coarse fishing and is well stocked with common carp, mirror carp, tench, bream, roach and perch, making it a productive water for pleasure anglers.
